Ginger

Regency Ginger has a pleasant smell, with penetrating and biting, yet subtle flavours. Regency Ginger is supplied as whole, split or ground. Low sulphite varieties with sulphite levels less than 10ppm are also available. Packing can be in cartons or bags as per customer needs. Ginger is a widely used ingredient in Oriental cooking for over 2000 years, flavouring products such as curry powders, pickles, stir fries, and also confectionary, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages and more.
